I love the stark white trees with their whispery dancing tresses. I watched them for weeks waiting for the right moment, with long lens and tripod at the ready. Eventually the dark skies came and a lone crow found a perch. I hit the shutter button, but I still wasn't happy. Then, as if on cue, three more frolicking black crows entered the frame - Click! - I am now a very happy soul.

Dramatic - the stark white of the branches is great against the dark gray and I love the crow silhouettes. Very cool work. Congratulations on the tie for 2nd place in the recent Under-saturated Landscape Photos contest.
